Homosexuality. It grinds me to hear intolerance and prejudice. Honestly, what biz is it of yours or mine what other CONSENTING ADULTS do in their own bedroom?
1. Two men holding hands is NOT throwing homosexuality in your face, any more than a man and a woman doing the same thing. If you don't like it, don't stare. Their actions aren't bothering you, your REACTION is bothering you.
2. "Normal" is entirely subjective and holds no merit. My "normal" is not Lulu's "normal" and we are both heterosexual. Ditto for "values." Careful what dirt you throw, it tends to come back as mud.
3. Wanna claim religious beliefs? How about, "Let he without sin cast the first stone." Didn't Jesus befriend prostitutes? Remember, if you think God created everything and it's all His Will, then you have to believe he created homosexuality and it's His Will for some people to be homosexual, too.
4. So, you think being homosexual is "a choice"? Then, of course, you have to believe that heterosexuality is a choice, too. You made YOUR choice and expect it to be respected and tolerated, so give that respect and tolerance to others.
5. Homosexuality does not equal pedophile just like heterosexuality does not equal rapist. Not exactly rocket science, eh?
