How telling is this?

The FBI formed its own "Office of Intelligence" AFTER Sept. 11. Honestly, though, isn't that an oxymoron?

Kinda makes me wonder if the FBI is now making their agents take IQ tests. Do those who pass get assigned to this aptly named dept.?

Scary...what does this say about the rest of the agents?
